Shipping policy

SHIPPING & PICK-UP

Not Too Shabby offers domestic shipping for most products.  Chalk Paint® Litres and Testers and some large-sized products can be shipped to the contiguous United States only.  Shipping to U.S. Territories and International addresses is not offered at this time.

Domestic shipping rates are flat rate based and will appear once you proceed to the Checkout page. Rates are:

20.01 to 74.99	$8
$75 and up	Free

Orders for Pick-up will be processed within 1 business day (M-F) and where possible, same day. 

Orders for Shipping will be processed within 2 business days (M-F) of receiving your order.

You will receive notifications about your order when:

·         Your order has been placed

·         Your order has been shipped/ready for pickup. Tracking information will be included if applicable.

·         Your order has been delivered/picked up.

 

Most commonly used carriers/methods are USPS and UPS Ground. 

Standard shipping time frames apply and are most commonly 2-5 business days (M-F).  Please contact us via telephone @ 916-985-8979 if express delivery is desired.  Additional charges may apply.

Over-sized or overweight packages might have additional charges. We will notify you, prior to processing, of any additional surcharge and for your approval.

Not Too Shabby is not responsible for lost packages.
