As a young person, Bobbi Eddy always dreamed of having a store. She wanted a place where she could gather things she loved and create an environment where people could shop and feel happy. In 2005, almost by accident, she came across a for sale listing for a small store in the Folsom Historic District that sold painted furniture and vintage decor. She and her partner Pam decided to take the plunge and purchased Not Too Shabby and, as they say, the rest is history.

A Happy Place

Products We Love

It is hoped this online store is an extension of the kind of inspiration customers get when they come in to the physical stores. Many of Bobbi’s favorite items are presented here, along with Chalk Paint®, Iron Orchid Designs and workshops. Now customers have the chance to visit the stores virtually at the time of day that works best for their busy lives. Here’s to the pursuit of happy.
