RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final and all items are sold as-is, including furniture.
If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us at 916-985-8979 within 24 hours of receiving the shipment so that we can file a claim. Please take pictures of the damaged box and/or damaged items and forward them to nts.rfl@gmail.com. We will work with you to replace the damaged item or refund when replacement is not possible.
